
MEET THE STAFF
Oishii Taiken is a family-run business whose roots stem from Japan. Shoichi Naito is head chef and eldest son of owner Masaru Naito. He took on this role after his father retired from the position 5 years ago. Masaru Naito has been in the culinary industry for as long as he can remember, as he himself worked as a chef in Japan. He has brought tradition to the restaurant, while his son has brought innovation. Working in the business from childhood, Shoichi has acquired the culinary skills to take on his father’s role. The rest of the 40 staff members are comprised of both family and professionals attentive to customer wants and needs. They hope to keep Oishii Taiken an ongoing family business that stays true to its name: a delicious experience.
